We collect information you provide directly to us, including:

• Contact and intake information — name, email, phone number, and details you share through our intake forms, contact form, or discovery call requests
• Booking and scheduling information — session times, service selected, and related notes
• Payment information — processed directly by Stripe, our payment processor; we do not store your full card number
• Podcast guest information — name, contact details, and recording/publishing consent, if you appear as a guest
• Communications — messages you send us by email, contact form, or during sessions

We also automatically collect limited technical information when you visit our website, such as browser type, device type, and pages visited (see Cookies & Website Analytics below).

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, schedule, and bill for consulting services
• Respond to inquiries and intake forms
• Send booking confirmations, reminders, and service-related communications
• Process podcast guest consent and coordinate recordings
• Improve our website and services
• Meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations
• Send occasional insights and news about new resources, only if you opt in

We only send marketing emails to people who have opted in, and you can unsubscribe at any time.

If you check the email-updates box on one of our forms, we record your email address, the date, and the form you used so we have a record of your consent. We use it only to send occasional insights and news about new resources from Kuonrāt Consulting. Every email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can also opt out from your account settings or by emailing us. We never sell or share your email for others' marketing.

Sessions are recorded and transcribed through Google Meet by default, and clients agree to this when booking, so I can keep an accurate record and prepare notes. A transcript may be processed by an AI tool to help draft those notes; transcripts are not stored on this website. Recordings and transcripts are kept in my Google Workspace for one year after the session and then deleted. Special arrangements may be made on request before a session.

All payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. When you make a purchase, your payment details are sent directly to Stripe and handled under Stripe's own privacy policy (https://stripe.com/privacy). Kuonrāt Consulting LLC does not receive or store your full card number.

Our website may use cookies and similar technologies to keep the site working properly (e.g., session/login state for the client and admin portals) and, if enabled, to understand how visitors use the site. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling them may affect some site features, such as staying logged in.

This site uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google LLC. Google Analytics uses cookies to collect anonymous usage data, such as pages visited, time on site, and general device and browser information, to help us understand how the site is used. Google Analytics is not used on the client or admin portals or on sign-in pages. Google's use of this data is governed by Google's privacy policy (https://policies.google.com/privacy). You can opt out of Google Analytics at any time by installing Google's browser add-on (https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout).

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with:

• Service providers who help us operate the business, such as Stripe (payments), Google Workspace (email and scheduling), Resend (email delivery), and our website hosting provider
• Legal or regulatory authorities, if required by law

Each of these providers is only given the information needed to perform its function.

We keep client and business records for as long as needed to provide services and to meet our legal, tax, and accounting obligations. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect your information, including restricted admin access to client accounts and secure, password-protected logins for the client and admin portals.

If you delete your account, we remove your login and profile details. We keep records of your bookings, payments, refunds, and session summaries for as long as needed for tax, accounting, and legal purposes.

You may ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you by contacting us using the information below. We will respond within a reasonable time and honor requests to the extent required by applicable law.

Our services and website are intended for adults and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

We may update this policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
